Thank you for Considering us to stay with! Please Respect these Simple Rules Below for an Enjoyable Stay for All of US: 

- Quiet Time From 11PM to 7AM

- Renter must be at least 21 yrs old

- Please DO NOT feed the chickens or open the chicken run

- We have a STRICT NO SMOKING (Inside) & NO SMOKING IN HOT TUB Policy in Force = Smoking is ONLY Allowed Outside and Cigarettes Must be Disposed of in a Safe and Proper Manner, DO NOT FLICK Cigarettes Over the Deck or on the ground - The Risk of Forest Fire is Extremely High! Evidence of Smoking Inside will Result in a Charge to your credit card of $200 for a professional company to cleanse the interior of Tobacco product smell. No Smoking in the cabins = means... No Cigarettes, Cigars, Vaping, Joints or Pipes!

- Strictly NO PETS ALLOWED = While we Love Pets, we Cannot Permit Them at Our Property. If we find evidence a Pet has been in the  cabin/on beds/furniture you will be charged a $200 cleaning fee. So, Please leave your Pet at home with a loved one or at a Kennel.

- NO CANDLES ALLOWED = i know its romantic but Lit Flames are not the Wood Cabins Friend :( Extreme Fire Hazard for the Wood  Cabin. But, the magical Flameless LED/Battery Candles are Welcome :)

- NO FIREWORKS

- NO Outside Fires Except in the Communal Fire Pit (Please Refer to Fire Pit Rules in House Manual in Cabin)

- DO NOT Enter the Loft Area (Storage Use Only)

- Children Must have Adult Supervision at all times (Please note that for younger children we do not have any child safety features in the cabins like plug outlet covers or draw safety locks etc... guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all  times. We also have travel cot available for use upon request.

- MAX OCCUPANCY: In no event shall the Cabin be occupied by more than the capacity listed = 4 Persons. All Guests Must be Registered with the Host.

- DO NOT Leave BBQ Grill or Cook tops Unattended (Fire Hazard) 

- Events, Parties & Large Gatherings Considered when booking multiple cabins together (Please contact Host For Info)

- Please Note that there are other vacation cabins on the premises, and there maybe other travelers present during your stay.

  Also Please Note that the Host Family does Live at the Property.

- Prior to Checkout you will find checkout instructions listed in the House Manual & posted on the cabin wall by front door.

- Any Cabin Damages/Breakages are to be paid for by the Guest Before Checkout.

- Please Enter the Hot Tub at your Own Risk. Please read the Safety Rules before entering the Hot Tub. The Rules are posted by the Hot Tub. Its imperative that you shower BEFORE you use the Hot Tub to remove sweat, cologne, deodorant etc... this is so the Hot Tub filter can keep the water clean and balanced for you during your stay. 

- Guests are to allow homeowner or service access to the property for purposes of repair and hot tub maintenance if needed. The homeowner will exercise the right of access in a reasonable manner and advise you beforehand.

- Check-In 4pm - Check-Out 11am

-Please take the contents of the Welcome Basket, but not the actual basket. Thank you! Any questions for me please ask away....
